- · Keys: Please leave the keys in the secure lockbox (the same place you collected them).
- · Please leave windows closed and air conditioning off.
- · Used towels can be left in the bathroom; bedding stays on the bed.
House rules
- · No smoking inside the apartment.
- · No pets.
- · No parties or events.
- · Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00.
Air conditioning & hot water
- · The A/C remote is by the TV.
- · Recommended cooling temperature: 23–24°C.
- · Hot water runs on a boiler — please keep showers short so the next person also enjoys a warm shower.
- · If the A/C beeps and stops, switch off at the wall for 30s and try again.
Waste disposal
- · Please take out the rubbish before leaving. Coming out of the apartment, walk to the end of the road either left or right — you'll see the big communal bins on the main road within a few metres.

- · Buses to the historic centre run frequently along Avenida de Andalucía.
